ENTRY EARLY — 18-HOLE FIELD LIMITED
It is necessary to limit the number of players in each division and total number in each field. Entries will be accepted in the order received. Please note: Entries are limited. Entry deadline will be strictly adhered to according to the times and dates listed. Entry fee refunded if withdrawn no later than 6:00 p.m., July 2, 2008.

EACH PLAYER TO RECEIVE - Three rounds of golf, lunch and drink on both tournament days, picnic and banquet meals, along with additional tournament gifts.

REGISTRATION from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Scovill Golf Club. Please register on or before Monday. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE HELD AT the OTHER COURSE. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER MONDAY, JULY 7. Anyone failing to do so will have their spot filled from a waiting list.

PRACTICE ROUNDS will be at Scovill Golf Club and Hickory Point Golf Course. Please register with the Pro Shop at respective courses. No green fees for contestants Monday, July 7th. Picnic will start at 5:00 p.m. and will continue as long as necessary to serve everyone. Dress is INFORMAL.

Courses will be open for practice rounds with payment of regular greens fee on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Groups must be at least a threesome. One adult must accompany players ages 4 through 9.

Driving Range will be open at Scovill Golf Club and Hickory Point Golf Course at posted times Sunday through Wednesday. Please call ahead for starting times.

RULES MEETING will be at 6:00 p.m. Scovill Golf Club. It is recommended that ALL contestants and parents attend the meeting, as Tournament Rules will be discussed. Picnic dinner free for contestants and $8 for each guest.

FIRST ROUND OF PLAY. Ages 4-15 at Scovill Golf Club and ages 16-21 at Hickory Point Golf Course.

BANQUET - Steak Dinner at Scovill Golf Club. Free to all contestants and $12.50 for each guest. Open to everyone with
purchase of banquet ticket, by noon, Tuesday, July 8th. Banquet will start at 5:30 p.m. and will continue as long as necessary to serve everyone. Dress is INFORMAL.

FINAL ROUND OF PLAY - Ages 4-15 at Scovill Golf Club, and ages 16-21 at Hickory Point Golf Course.

PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES - Trophies will be presented at both courses, after completion of each age division.

BREAKFAST and LUNCH will be available DAILY at Scovill Golf Club and Hickory Point Golf Course 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

NOTE: Players will not be allowed to have caddies. Contestants are reminded of Rule 8: 1 concerning advice and receiving assistance: Penalty 2 strokes.

TEAM Soy Decatur Junior Open is a not-for-profit organization. All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Decatur Park District Junior Golf Association for the promotion of junior golf.
